Summary
Filevine is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with over 5 years of experience to perform manual testing, test planning, and bug troubleshooting for their Legal AI platform. The role involves analyzing user stories, creating structured test scenarios, and collaborating with automation engineers to expand test coverage using tools like Azure Test Plans or Test Rail.
Responsibilities:

Understand user stories/requirements and create test cases and test scenarios

Create structured test plans & approaches

Dig into technical problems and write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports

Reproduce bugs reported by support team

Verify and close bug tickets

Prioritize test cases and plan test execution effectively

Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate robustness and functionality of products.

Work with QA engineers to increase automation coverage of features based on business priorities and risks

Demonstrate attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work
Knowledge and Skills:

Qualifications:
