Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

IT Channel is a local Solutions Integrator company founded in 2003 providing and delivering sophisticate technology solutions to multinational corporations and local enterprises. We are looking for high calibre professionals joining customer’s project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts across functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Detect, analyze, and document software defects with clear reproduction steps; collaborate with developers for resolution.

• Utilize QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira, TestRail, Postman) to streamline testing processes and support automation initiatives.

• Ensure deliverables meet company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and improve product reliability.

• Recommend process enhancements, contribute to best practices, and stay updated with emerging QA methodologies and technologies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 1–2 years in software testing or QA roles, with exposure to both manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency in QA tools (e.g. Selenium, Jira, TestRail, Postman).

• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team

• Passion for delivering excellent passenger digital experiences in a fast-paced airport environment
