Quality Assurance Analyst (mid level)

QA Assurance Analyst, Software QA Engineer, Automation & Manual, Los Angeles, Hybrid (3 days a week in office downtown), $115-125,000 base salary

An internationally recognised professional services organisation is seeking a talented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of internally developed applications.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Create comprehensive test plans and testing documentation.
• Identify, investigate and manage software defects.
• Perform regression testing and report on quality metrics.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams in an Agile environment.
• Proactively improve QA processes and testing practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' hands-on software QA experience.
• Strong manual testing and automation scripting skills.
• Experience with test planning, defect management and regression testing.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field (or equivalent).
