Quality Assurance Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Review files and activities within Front Office teams to ensure strong risk controls and effective processes.
- Gather and assess management information (MI) from multiple sources to monitor performance and escalate concerns when needed.
- Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate review outcomes clearly and in an accessible way.
- Recommend process enhancements and improvements based on monitoring insights.
- Understand and apply departmental policies and procedures.
- Produce reports from oversight processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
- Support resolution of audit findings and contribute to strengthening the control environment.
- Manage team communications, including monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Experience working collaboratively across different levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience producing or interpreting management information and reports.
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Familiarity with financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with resilience and determination.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Diplomatic and professional in interactions.
