Quality Assurance Analyst
- Perform manual quality assurance within Scrum Agile sprints for new features
- Design and develop test plans for manual regression testing of the application
- Define a repeatable process for testing the application with a variety of configurations
- Discover and document defects across the application
- Collaborate with software engineers to fully understand and address failed test cases
- Work with business analysts to fully understand new requirements being sent to the Engineering team
- 5+ years of experience performing manual testing for web-based applications
- Expertise in designing and documenting test plans
- Scrum Agile experience
- Experience working in a team environment with Software Engineers and Business Analysts
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Experience with building browser-based regression tests using Selenium or Cypress
- Experience with developing load and performance using JMeter or similar tools
- Experience with SQL to validate test results by querying a database
- Experience using Postman or similar tools to test API requests and responses
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
