Oversee and enforce quality standards in a medical device company, inspecting processes and products, documenting issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job description
- Implement the company’s policy of quality assurance and quality control
- Responsibility for inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues
- Implement and maintain all QA activities in the company to ensure compliance with the regulatory and quality system requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and edit company quality procedures, standards and policies
- Monitor and implement company operations following quality assurance procedures
- Supervise and guide the R&D and production team
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Report all malfunctions to production to ensure immediate action
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Ensure all legal standards are met
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
- Manage and maintain Customer complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a quality assurance assistance or relevant role in medical device company
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Great attention to details
- BSc/BA in bio-medical relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering) and QA certificate accordingly
