Your opportunityWe have an exciting growth opportunity for someone who is ready to proactively progress their career. Perfect for a current high-performing contact centre representative (especially in the Membership team with knowledge of NRMA’s way of selling) who has a passion for continuous improvement and assisting others achieve quality results.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

Conduct Quality Assurance Evaluations by observing and evaluating contact centre calls in line with set criteria.
Identify and highlight improvement opportunities and provide coaching support to internal stakeholders when required.
Accurately record information and data for analysis and assist with reporting activities.

Requirements for Success

Current experience working within NRMA’s contact centre environment; with proven exposure to NRMA’s Way of Selling will be desirable.
Experience working with Avaya Quality Monitoring system will be highly regarded.
A hands-on approach to completing tasks and assisting the team; able to demonstrate proactiveness and initiative whilst working autonomously (within a supportive team environment).
High attention to detail and ability to showcase problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
