Our Supported Housing program is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team. This position has the option of a hybrid schedule.
This role will work closely with our Supported Housing team and program managers to ensure quality of care to those living with mental illness and funding compliance.


$1250 sign on bonus to those who qualify
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Supported Housing team to maintain quality care for clients.
Assist program managers and staff for those living with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Data tracking and quality review within EHR and funding database.
Program documentation assistance.
Tracking of Eligibility Determinations.
Assist with grant/funding reports.
Ensure all compliance effort are met for funding.
Carry a caseload.
Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in health, human, or educational services and three years qualifying experience or equivalent preferred.
Extensive experience can substitute for a degree. Experience working with people living with mental illness and/or other at risk populations required.
Valid and clean NYS driver license required.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience working with in EHR systems and other databases preferred.
