Entry-level QA inspector for Crazy Shirts' Product Processing/QA department in Aurora, CO. Day to day, the inspector physically inspects and tests products, certifies new items and vendors, investigates supply-chain quality issues, and records and reports QA test results.

Summary: Crazy Shirts purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The QA inspector is an entry level position within the Product Processing/QA department responsible for performing all certification of new items and new vendors as well as random testing of existing product as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Investigates all problems discovered within the supply chain that compromise product integrity with the objective of preserving brand quality.
  • Maintains the inspection manual to be current with the Purchasing specification manual.
  • Physically performs all inspections as documented on all inspection criteria and specifications.
  • Keeps self current with all testing and inspection specifications and procedures.
  • Reports all QA testing results as specified and within expected time frames.
  • Participates routinely in product processing and quality control inspections as part of the Product Processing department.
  • Communicates all issues and discrepancies with appropriate parties and executes solution to achieve expected objectives.
  • Completes data entry assignments as required for processing and inspections.
  • Process, inspect, count according to daily goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
