About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (2-4 years) who brings strong technical depth, ownership, and a passion for delivering high-quality software at scale. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital advertising platform used by leading agencies and advertisers globally.

This role is perfect for someone who can independently lead testing of complex modules, work closely with Developers & PMs, and drive improvements across QA processes, automation, and AI-assisted testing.

Key Responsibilities

Functional, Integration & Regression Testing

• Perform thorough testing of complex features across the DeltaX platform.
• Own end-to-end testing for assigned modules with minimal supervision.
• Identify, log and track defects with clear reproducible steps.

Test Planning & Strategy

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to release readiness, risk analysis and quality benchmarks.
  
  

Automation

• Identify test cases ideal for automation and implement automation scripts where needed.
• Work with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress (experience with any framework is acceptable).
• Build/maintain regression suites and improve automation coverage.
  
  

AI-First QA Practices

• Leverage AI tools, AI agents and automation workflows to accelerate and scale testing.
• Use AI to generate test scenarios, exploratory cases and regression insights.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead and Product Lead to evolve DeltaXs AI-driven testing framework.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Engineering.
• Strong grounding in manual testing, exploratory testing, negative testing & scenario modelling.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar).
• Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST clients, understanding JSON/XML payloads).
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and basic debugging with logs.
• Ability to analyse issues deeply, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
• Excellent communication, documentation and collaboration skills.
• A mindset that blends creativity + technical rigor + relentless execution.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of AdTech, campaign workflows, or analytics platforms.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Prior experience using AI agents or LLM-based tools in QA workflows.
