Descriptions:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support and maintain quality standards within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling incoming, in-process and outgoing QA related activities.

• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QMS.

• Establish, implement, and maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 requirements).

• Establish and lead internal audit program covering all operations and functions to ensure adherence to QMS requirements, provide report on internal audit results, and follow-up audit results to ensure professional close out of corrective/ preventive actions.

• Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in QMS.

• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.

• Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality documents and records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree preferably in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically inclined able to interpret drawings, engineering specification and GD&T.
• Practical experience in handling instruments like callipers, micrometres, comparative gauges and profilometers.
• Possess good interpersonal and planning skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
