Job Description\:

This role involves effectively and efficiently conducting Quality activities in accordance with relevant processes and procedures to include\: Creation / management of process and procedures; Internal Audit; Continuous improvement; Non- conformance; Risk assessment and mitigation; Quality Planning and Life Cycle Management.

Core Duties\:

• Support activities relating to Quality Certification, contractual and Regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal Quality Audits and manage associated non-conformances to ensure the business remains compliant to the local Business Management System and quality standards
• Support the business in Quality investigations associated with the quality of products and processes
• Support / carry out activities associated with Quality planning, Risk assessment and Risk / analysis activities
• Promote a positive quality culture encouraging a predict and preventive rather than reactive and corrective approach to all quality matters and to support / carry out continual improvement initiatives and activities
• Provide and maintain data and information to support Quality reviews

Essential Skills\:

• You will have knowledge of Quality Standards e.g. ISO 9001/ EN9100, Special Processes, Regulatory standards as appropriate
• You will be aware of Business Management Systems, Operational Framework and Operational Assurance processes
• You will have knowledge of product Safety and Data Analytics
• You will be aware of Lean / Six Sigma and other Quality tools and techniques

The Digital Intelligence Quality team operates within the Chief Operating Officer’s organisation. It consists of a central function responsible for quality oversight across all DI sites and our Defence, Space and National Security & Government Business Units.
