Quality Assurance Engineer - Banking Software

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality assurance documentation.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and simulation testing activities.
• Document test results, track defects, and maintain testing records and issue logs.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain testing environments to support project delivery.
• Promote quality assurance best practices and testing standards across the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of banking or financial systems is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
