  • Support in the implementation of Burns & McDonnell's Quality Management System including policies, standards, procedures and best practices.
  • Provide technical and industry competence with respect to quality concepts and quality programs.
  • Facilitate / Guide GPs for effective implementation of QMS within GPs under Enterprise QMS framework/ Governance.
  • Effective Collaboration with relevant stakeholders for QMS related matters.
  • Review the quality management system and identify process enhancements based on review/audit findings to improve the overall quality of our services.
  • Conduct internal Quality audits regularly and publish the findings by providing actionable feedback to help drive higher quality process compliance and ensure preparedness for ISO 9001 periodic surveillance/recertification audits. Manage knowledge capture methodologies,
  • Guide on the Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action program.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and implement training programs related to quality
  • Support towards continual improvement strategies and participate in continual improvement projects =
  • Contribute in defining Quality objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyses performance, proposes corrective or improvement actions and report.
  • Manage Quality tools for effective monitoring
  • Advice on the use of QTS and/or other methods for recording quality reviews.
  • Conduct Quality Events to further strengthen Quality Ownership and Recognition
  • Participate and Facilitate Quality / Management review Meetings
  • Coordinate with the BMcD Corporate Quality to align the quality management system between the offices.
  • Ensure effective communication for Quality related matters
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
