Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month
Responsible for maintaining and managing customer systems and performance.
Responsible for planning and organizing the QA team to handle customer feedback promptly and in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and updating the lessons learned database.
Assist in completing second- and third-party audits according to system requirements.
Responsible for tracking the handling of issues raised in second- and third-party audits.
Responsible for implementing internal product audits and tracking the handling of issues.
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing quality data.
Support on-site quality issue resolution at customer locations.
Assist in the implementation of the company's quality improvement plan.
