Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.

• Perform manual and automated testing of applications and systems.

• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve product performance.

• Review system requirements and technical specifications to ensure testability.

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Monitor and report quality metrics and testing progress.

• Ensure software releases meet the company’s quality standards before deployment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance is an advantage.

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with test management tools.

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
