Brief Job Overview :

The Digital & Innovation group at USP is seeking a Quality Engineer who can validate and deliver digital tech solutions. We are seeking someone who excels in digital innovation for building impactful data products across our ecosystem.

What you will do :

- Drive Quality Engineering initiatives across Functional Testing, Automation Testing, and Performance Testing

- Drive product-level quality strategies, release test planning, execution governance, integration testing, and quality reporting

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to drive continuous quality improvements

- Rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering

- Good understanding of Performance Engineering methodologies

- Experience with AI-enabled test automation frameworks and modern tools such as Playwright

- Strong knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-Left Testing, Test Automation, and CI/CD-driven quality processes

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
