Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will support QA activities across our client onboarding and Account Management API platforms, executing test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will receive on-the-job training to develop your technical skill set while contributing to the quality of our client-facing systems.

Responsibilities

Support QA activities for client onboarding and Account Management API applications, ensuring systems meet defined functional and usability standards
Execute manual test cases for new features and enhancements during both pre-release and post-release stages
Assist in conducting regression test cycles to verify that existing functionality remains stable following system changes
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, test cases, and testing outcomes in line with team standards
Accurately document defects, including detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots or logs
Work closely with development teams to communicate findings, track issue resolution, and support timely delivery of high-quality software
Participate in collaboration with product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality across delivered systems
Utilize AI-assisted tools to support day-to-day tasks

Qualifications

Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Some exposure to or academic familiarity with data concepts and basic querying (e.g., understanding how data is organized in tables); no prior SQL experience required - training will be provided.
An openness to exploring software systems and how they work - no prior scripting or technical background required.
Willingness to learn software testing tools and frameworks - access to a robust internal training catalogue including tools such as Postman, Selenium, and API testing platforms will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Comfortable with or eager to learn tools such as SQL, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
