Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the QA team in testing web applications, software products, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly.
  • Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with detailed steps and supporting information.
  • Support regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation.
  • Support basic test automation activities and learn QA tools and frameworks under guidance.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability, functionality, and performance issues.
  • Participate in reviewing product requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Requirements

  • Native Thai speaker.
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Git, or any test automation framework is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Passionate about software quality and building reliable products.
