Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health-related compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITECH, and will be proficient in testing methodologies and tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications, ensuring compliance with health data regulations. - Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. - Implement and maintain testing frameworks and tools, including REST Assured and other relevant technologies. - Work with AI-driven testing tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and others to streamline testing processes. - Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall development process. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of health data regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, PHI, ePHI, and PII. - Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium. - Experience with API testing and SQL. - Familiarity with AI tools for testing and development. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
