As an Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an essential member of a cross-functional Scrum team. We don't just "test code at the end"—we embed quality into the product right from the design phase.

Troubleshooting: Work on root-cause analysis to help developers fix complex system bugs efficiently.
Core Essentials:
Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related technical field (graduates/final-year students welcome).
Programming Basics: Good foundations in Python (academic projects, internships, or personal projects are valid!).
Problem-Solving Spirit: Curiosity, logical thinking, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Communication: Fluency in English and eagerness to collaborate in a multi-cultural team environment.
Growth Mindset: High interest in software quality, test automation, and using AI tools to work smarter.
Nice-to-Haves (Not mandatory – you’ll learn this with us!):
Familiarity with pytest or Linux environments.
Academic exposure or interest in optical networks, telecommunications, or networking protocols.
Exposure to ISTQB concepts or AI/ML basic concepts.
