Quality Assurance Engineer [SL]

Implement and monitor project quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable building regulations.

Prepare Project Quality Plans (PQP), inspection plans, inspection checklists, and quality control procedures.

Coordinate inspections at different construction stages and verify that completed works meet the required quality standards.

Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and deliverables to identify defects and non-conformances.

Review quality documentation and supplier or subcontractor certifications to ensure compliance with relevant project and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Analyse inspection results and quality data, investigate recurring issues, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Support internal and external quality audits and maintain accurate inspection records and technical documents.

Identify opportunities to improve quality management systems and construction processes.

Ensure quality activities are carried out in accordance with applicable workplace safety requirements.

Carry out other related duties as assigned by Management.
