Quality Assurance Engineer ensures product quality by inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in a manufacturing environment, focusing on compliance with industry standards like Halal certification.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality compliance by conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finish goods.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and address quality issues.
- Record results, prepare quality reports, and analyze data for trends or problems.
- Collaborate with internal department to identify and resolve quality problems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Halal certification standards, and company quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain HALAL Quality System.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good at analyzing data and solving problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high quality standards.
