Quality Assurance Executive

Summary

The Quality Assurance Executive manages quality management systems, coordinates audits, and oversees batch reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and chemical industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare production campaign start-up, batch review, and review of cleaning records and activities.
  • Manage and coordinate Change Control, Event (Deviation and Incident), Out-of-specification (OOS), and resolution.
  • Maintain, improve, establish and update appropriate quality management systems to meet customers’ and authorities’ requirements.
  • Assist to promote Quality culture for Bulletin, training, and organize promotion activities.
  • Assist in quality discussion with respective departments to improve the quality system.
  • Assist to plan, prepare and facilitate customers’ and regulatory authorities’ audits and follow-up action.
  • Carry out Internal audits of all departments and supplier audits.
  • Assist and improve qualification activities and quality risk management.
  • Qualification of supplier and external contractor.
  • Any other QA department job assigned by the Head of Quality Assurance.


Requirements :

  • Degree in Chemical related field or diploma in chemical related field with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
  • Strong oral and written communication in English
  • Ability to work as a team in department.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Working experience in Quality related field is preferred.
