QualityAssurance Executive

Our clientis a world leading fluorine compound producer. The company needs QualityAssurance Executive.

The role ofthe Quality Assurance Executive includes:

· Support the Quality Manager and Quality SectionHead in maintaining and improving the organisation’s Quality Management System(QMS) and associated processes.

· Manage the preparation, issuance and electronicsubmission of Certificates of Analysis (CoA/eCoA) to customers and dealers on adaily basis.

· Carry out Statistical Process Control (SPC)activities covering raw materials, in-process production, finished products,workplace environmental monitoring, analytical measurements andcustomer-specific quality requirements.

· Coordinate with relevant process owners tomonitor and manage cases recorded in the company’s quality database, includingContinuous Improvement Projects (CIPs), internal and external audit findings,quality objectives and Management of Change (MOC) activities.

· Develop audit plans and conduct internal auditsto assess compliance with applicable standards, procedures and requirements,including ISO 9001.

· Develop and deliver quality-related trainingprogrammes for employees, covering areas such as SPC, FMEA, MOC and QMSawareness.

· Coordinate and conduct quality management systemaudits for suppliers and vendors to assess their compliance with the company’srequirements.

· Support the qualification and approval of newsuppliers/vendors, as well as conduct periodic evaluations of existingsupplier/vendor performance.

· Compile and analyse quality performance data forManagement Review and coordinate the preparation and facilitation of ManagementReview meetings with senior management.

· Assist the Quality Department with otherquality-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by the QualityManager or Quality Section Head.

· Take on ad-hoc quality-related tasks andassignments as required by the Department Head.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Engineering, or arelated discipline.

· No experience required.

· Basic knowledge or understanding ofquality-related standards and tools, such as ISO 9001, internal auditing,Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 8Dproblem-solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action(CAPA), and Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAP).

· Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive, witha positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Good communication, interpersonal andcoordination skills, with the ability to follow established procedures whilealso working independently when required.
