Quality Assurance

Desired Traits:

• Deep understanding of the Hypixel server including its features and minigames
• Deep understanding of Hypixel SkyBlock and its various mechanics
• Good understanding of Minecraft and the various mechanics in relation to our minigames
• Previous experience handling player support requests or bug reports is a bonus
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve team and network related goals
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle bug reports submitted by players
• Work on continuously organizing and updating bugs within our internal tracking systems
• Participate in regular testing sessions to thoroughly test our game systems in order to ensure the quality of gameplay
