Summary
An internship at Schaeffler/Ewellix Bulgaria in Sofia supporting the internal quality laboratory: calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment, performing incoming inspections of materials and products, preparing control plans and documentation, and updating ERP material settings. Only a high school diploma is required.

Your Key Responsibilities
Manages, controls, maintains and calibrates the technical measurement equipment and the internal Laboratory of Ewellix Bulgaria.
Prepares the activity-related procedures, instructions, certificates, statistical analysis, etc.
Maintains the associated boarding registers and communicates with external laboratories;
Prepares control plans for incoming inspection based on customer specifications and production needs;
Provide quality Incoming Inspection – Internal and Samples;
Changes the settings of the materials in the ERP system for location Control;
Checks, tests, or measures materials and products according to quality and safety standards;
Read drawings, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and test procedures, adjustment methods, formulas, or necessary measuring instruments;
Sorting of components and products;
