About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities, establish testing standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Lead will guide the QA team, ensure effective testing processes, and work closely with technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee QA activities, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, test plans, and testing procedures.
- Review test cases, test scripts, and test results to ensure accuracy and adequate test coverage.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize defects, coordinating with developers for timely resolution.
- Monitor QA performance, track quality metrics, and report testing progress and risks.
- Mentor and guide QA team members to improve testing skills and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methods, product quality, and customer experience.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with IT service management platforms or service delivery is an advantage.
