We are building experienced QA leadership professionals to support active and incoming client engagements for enterprise clients. If you have a solid background in test automation, web and API testing, and QA team leadership, we want to hear from you.

What the Work Looks Like

Depending on the engagement, Quality Assurance Leads typically work on:

• Defining the master test plan across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing

• Introducing shift-left practices, BDD and TDD where feasible, and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines

• Building and maintaining web UI automation suites with Selenium or Playwright

• Automating API tests using REST Assured, Karate, or Postman

• Integrating automation into Jenkins and publishing test metrics in XRay or Zephyr

• Selecting and implementing mainframe test automation using tools such as Micro Focus UFT, Compuware Topaz, or REXX/JCL harnesses

What We Look For

Must Have:

• Available to work a US-aligned mid-shift

• Based in the Philippines

• 7+ years of enterprise QA experience, including 3+ years leading QA teams

• Experience defining test strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing

• Hands-on web UI automation experience with Selenium or Playwright

• Hands-on API test automation experience with REST Assured, Karate, or Postman

• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

• Experience reporting test metrics in XRay or Zephyr

Nice to Have:

• Mainframe test automation experience with Micro Focus UFT, Compuware Topaz, or REXX/JCL

• Experience applying BDD or TDD practices

Work Setup and Schedule

• Remote, Philippines-based

• US-aligned mid-shift, night shift in Philippines
