Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends, 12month FTC (MAT Cover)

Your Role:

  • You will be overseeing the Acceptance into Use and Service Process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and statutory documentation.

  • Supervising quality and compliance activities within the Capital Projects Team and supporting project assurance processes.

  • Planning, leading, and reporting audits, while managing actions and monitoring performance against audit programmes.

  • Leading the management of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Working with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality risks, evaluate subcontractor performance, and maintain compliant records.

  • Embedding quality management principles, facilitating lessons learned and supporting certification and improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: You will hold Lead Auditor certification and membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.

  • Experience: You will have proven experience in a quality management role, leading multi-disciplined teams, developing integrated management systems and working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
