Quality Assurance Manager (FSI Project)

Summary

Leads a QA team to define testing strategies and ensure financial/retail software meets compliance and quality standards before release.

QA (Quality Assurance) Manager ensures that products, applications, or systems meet defined quality standards before release and after implementation. They lead QA teams, establish testing strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. The role bridges business needs, compliance requirements, and technical quality control.

Responsibilities :

  • Define QA strategies, policies, and quality standards.
  • Align testing objectives with business and compliance goals (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS, or industry standards). -Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Ensure coverage across functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing. -Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements. -Report quality metrics, risks, and improvement plans to management
  • Ensure testing processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks early and recommend preventive or corrective actions.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 5 years experiences of management for Quality Assurance department, especially software development quality assurance.
  2. More than 3 years experiences of involving job of development or quality assurance of critical software in financial or retail field software.
  3. Having Knowledge of SDLC and Project Management
  4. Advanced certifications in QA/testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are highly valued.
  5. Strong understanding of QA methodologies (manual & automated testing).
  6. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter).
  7. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
