Quality Assurance Manager
Description
- Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance.
- Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits.
- Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agricultural engineering, food science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 10 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
