Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection, vendor management, and quality control of raw materials and finished goods. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and collaborating with vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications. - Manage vendor relationships and conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and ensure product excellence. - Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of inspection processes and quality control methodologies. - Experience in managing vendor relationships and conducting audits. - Familiarity with CAPA processes and OTIF (On Time In Full) metrics. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
