Quality Assurance Manager (Ref: JDB/ERM/QAM)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and roll‑out of end‑to‑end automated testing, covering unit, integration, API, UI, performance and regression testing, with appropriate selection of tools, frameworks and CI/CD integration to provide fast and reliable feedback loops.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, designers, DevOps and security team to ensure that QA/QC procedures are practical and integrated into backlog grooming, design reviews, pipeline policies and release management.

• Implement and refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality standards

• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications

• Document, track, and prioritize defects, issues, and enhancement requests using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution

• Verify fixes and ensure that identified issues have been resolved satisfactorily, maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

• 2+ years of hands-on automated testing development and implementation

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to mentor and guide team members

• Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing projects with Agile methodologies

• Proficient in creating and overseeing the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage

• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing, ensuring quality standards across different platforms

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
