Quality Assurance Nurse - LPN
- Administratively responsible to make and act upon recommendations for QA activities of all departments.
- Will work with the management and inter-disciplinary team to address areas of needed improvement for resident care.
- This person is also responsible for monitoring and tracking of wounds, pressure sores, incident investigations, evaluating, assessing and documenting qualify assurance through environmental rounds and audits.
