Quality Assurance Officer
Responsibilities:
- To monitor the quality of our service by contacting customer and through phone and email
- To identify areas of improvement and suggest recommendations to managerial level, aiming to deliver the best service to customers
- To prepare quality reports
- To constantly evaluate the benchmark for the quality assessment with the team
- To develop a comprehensive quality assurance framework that meets client's expectations and needs
- To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties when required by management
- F.5 / F.6 or above
- 3 years of customer service experience in Contact Center will be an advantage
- Candidate present self-motivated and and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and result-oriented
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese inputs
