We are seeking a talented, early career, Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies
- Perform batch record reviews and product release activities to verify adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary
- Participate in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
