Quality Assurance QA / QC
Salary: up to $4,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
We are a Precision Engineering company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented QA / Quality Assurance staff to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection and measurement using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Prepare QC inspection reports and quality documentation
- Reply to NCR (Customer Non-Conformance Report) and customer quality-related issues
- Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly in english
- Maintain proper quality records and handle ISO-related paperwork and documentation
- Review and improve existing QC processes and procedures
- Work with production to identify quality issues and implement improvements
- Carry out other QA/QC duties related to precision engineering
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) or Malaysian
- Experience in QA/QC + Knowledge of CMM
- Good and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Able to write clear QC reports and handle customer correspondence
- Experience handling ISO documentation/paperwork is preferred
- Able to handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Basic knowledge of surface treatment processes such as anodizing, plating, passivation, etc.
- Good understanding of quality control and inspection procedures
- Able to identify problems and suggest improvements to existing QC processes
- Responsible, independent and detail-oriented
