Job Description
- Define quality objectives and strategies for projects, especially for upstream processes
- Provide consulting and advice to project managers
- Define upstream requirements and ensure project processes and product quality from external design to operational processes
- Identifying risks and issues, and working with project managers to address detected risks and improvement items
- Planning of operational processes with departmental personnel and the client
- Define quality assurance guidelines and project quality control, training of project members
Who should apply for this position
- 5+ years of upstream/full lifecycle project quality assurance/quality control experience.
- Knowledge of Japanese quality standards.
- Experience with quality assessment tools and techniques

- International certification in quality assurance/quality control.
- Communication skills.
- Native Japanese and English TOEIC score 800 or above.
