Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function and promote a quality-focused culture across the organization.
Develop departmental plans, budgets, workforce requirements, and performance targets.
Manage quality certification programs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Design and improve organizational processes, authority matrices, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Establish data governance policies and documentation standards across the company.
Coordinate with Internal Audit and IT teams to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.
Plan and deliver quality awareness and training programs.
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning for team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Science, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality certification requirements.
Experience in process design and operational excellence methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
