Quality Assurance Specialist 007

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the site contact for warehouse quality-related matters.

• Investigate quality issues with operations teams, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Review inventory records, SAP stock movements, picking records, CCTV footage and previous quality notifications to support investigations.

• Coordinate with Inventory Control and Operations teams to verify material quantities, packaging and handling procedures.

• Prepare investigation reports and present findings at quality review meetings.

• Conduct physical inspections of logistics quality (LQ) parts and verify compliance with quality requirements.

• Validate physical parts against records and images in systems such as Agile, VSPI and Teamcenter before release.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to update part photographs, part numbers and manufacturing part numbers where required.

• Perform random sampling checks on picked items and conduct periodic shipment quality audits.

• Prepare quality instructions and guidelines, and conduct training for operations teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Manage non-conforming materials by placing them on hold, recording discrepancies and coordinating with Inventory Control for disposition.

• Track corrective actions, quality notification closures and audit findings to ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in quality meetings, audits and operational reviews as required.

Job Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformance management.

• Familiarity with inventory processes, material handling and warehouse operations.

• Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.

• Good analytical, documentation, communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to investigate quality issues, prepare reports and work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with quality audits, inspection procedures and quality management systems is an advantage
