Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire manufacturing workflow and conduct periodic inspections to detect potential issues at an early stage.

Investigate technical problems to identify their root causes and propose effective corrective measures.

Document findings, non-conformities, and improvement actions in detailed quality reports.

Define, implement, and monitor quality objectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with related departments to drive process improvements and optimize product performance.

Design and refine inspection techniques to evaluate materials and finished goods.

Recommend adjustments or process enhancements to improve product standards and reduce defects.

Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineering or similar technical role.
- Strong communication skills with good command of English and/or Chinese.
- Solid knowledge of statistical tools and data interpretation techniques.
- Ability to comprehend and apply technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Competent in mathematical calculations and analytical reasoning.
- Highly skilled in using computer systems, software, and digital tools for quality control.
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
