Quality Assurance Specialist (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality assurance processes across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
Conduct audits, inspections, and SOP compliance reviews.
Monitor quality KPIs, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone).
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Support ISO 9001 quality management activities, customer audits, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, audit processes, and SOP compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, WMS, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
