Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Manage and harmonize QA activities for the assigned store.
  • Organize QA training for all store staff.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, service providers, PM, Housekeeping, and other relevant stakeholders on general quality-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit QA reports as required by the line manager.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with:
    • Cleaning and disinfection operations.
    • Pest control activities.
    • Personnel hygiene requirements.
    • Stock rotation controls.
    • Cold chain controls and temperature monitoring.
    • Product labelling requirements.
  • Verify, follow up on, and conduct quality monitoring programs, including periodic sampling and sensory, quantitative, physical-chemical, and microbiological testing of purchased products, to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Follow up on other quality and food safety programs, including equipment calibration, water testing, food safety and hygiene training, health examinations, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct random checks of incoming, stored, and displayed products to ensure compliance with relevant quality requirements and defined standards.
  • Participate in periodic internal quality inspections or inspections conducted whenever necessary, such as in response to customer complaints, anomalies, requests from senior management, or requirements from authorities.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses during quality inspections and recommend corrective actions and improvement plans.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
