【 Responsibilities｜工作職責】

與台灣及海外團隊密切合作。
**Work directly with local and remote teams.**

分析業務需求並制定測試計畫。
**Analyze business requirements and formulate testing plans.**

根據需求規格建立並記錄完整且架構清晰的產品品質計畫。
**Create and document detailed product quality plans based on specifications.**

建立並執行軟體品質保證（QA）計畫。
**Create and implement software QA plans.**

執行手動測試案例。
**Execute test cases manually.**

在 Jira 等 Issue Tracking Systems 中記錄、重現及排定問題優先順序，並驗證修復結果。
**Document, reproduce, and prioritize issues in Jira, and verify resolutions.**

執行功能測試、探索性測試、端到端測試及回歸測試。
**Execute functional, exploratory, end-to-end, and regression testing.**

與其他 QA 團隊成員協作並完成測試任務。
**Coordinate testing activities with other QA team members.**

準備並呈現測試報告及相關指標。
**Prepare and present testing reports and metrics.**

【 Requirements｜職位要求】

具備電商系統測試經驗。
**Experience testing e-commerce systems.**

具備自動化測試經驗，包括壓力測試及非壓力測試。
**Experience with automated testing, including stress and non-stress testing.**

能夠使用 Selenium、Playwright（Python / TypeScript）、JMeter 等 QA 工具設計並建立測試計畫。
**Ability to design and build test plans using QA tools such as Selenium, Playwright (Python / TypeScript), JMeter, and similar tools.**

具備運用 ChatGPT、Claude 等 AI 工具設計測試案例、建立測試計畫及優化 QA 工作流程的經驗。
**Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to design test cases, build test plans, and improve QA workflows.**
