Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key team member in the fulfillment of background checks for AccuSourceHR and has a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our operations. This position reviews the background check results for completeness, accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist should love for ways to improve the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Profiles (background reports) are processed properly to contain all appropriate Orders (components of the background check) in accordance with company and client guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, ensuring all operations meet legal requirements.
• Review searches as needed, to ensure they are completed accurately and in accordance with applicable laws, and that all hits are entered and reported correctly.
• Assist with consumer disputes and rechecks.
• Ask questions as needed to Senior Quality Assurance Specialists, Operations Leadership and or Compliance.
• Maintain production levels as specified by Operations Leadership
• Reviews processes on a regular basis to look for areas for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as needed by management.
