Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GMP and GDP. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products and processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain QA documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch manufacturing records (BMR), and batch production records (BPR). - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring that all products meet the required standards before release. - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and documentation practices. - Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and WHO-GMP guidelines. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
