Work setup: Onsite (Pasig)
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) & 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (2 Working Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Monitor risk management activities.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education - Industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent.
Work Experience - At least 5 years supervisory experience in ISO Standard an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer.
Skills - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database - Preferably with manufacturing experience
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
