Quality Assurance Supervisor [ QA / Chemical Production ]
Summary
Supervises quality control processes in chemical manufacturing, ensuring compliance with procedures, ISO standards, and statistical analysis for product certification and documentation.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis for outgoing products and carry out related work activities in accordance with approved procedures and processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing checks in accordance with established procedures
- Handle and process ISO and departmental documentation under the QA Section
- Accurately process and maintain required test data, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
- Participate in and assist with QA-related activities, including external provider management and audits
- Review and verify test data, SPC updates and Certificate of Analysis documents prepared by QA Technicians
- Conduct on-the-job practical training for QA Technicians
- Liaise and coordinate with representatives from other departments on daily operational matters
- Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA Section
- Assist the QA Engineer with customer enquiries and complaint investigations
- Perform other QA-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical or Science discipline
- With relevant working experience in a supervisory role within the chemical manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards will be an advantage
