Quality Assurance Supervisor [SAS]

Supervise daily QA activities, ensuring all processes comply with approved procedures and quality requirements.

Oversee the preparation and verification of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for outgoing products.

Ensure incoming and outgoing product inspections are conducted accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Manage and review ISO documentation, departmental records and quality-related data.

Verify test results, SPC chart updates and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.

Monitor incoming inspection data and quality trends to support effective quality control.

Train, guide and monitor the performance of QA Technicians through on-the-job practical training.

Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate daily operations and address quality-related issues.

Participate in Risk Assessments and FMEA activities to identify potential risks and support preventive actions.

Assist the QA Engineer in handling customer enquiries, investigating complaints and following up on corrective actions.

Support external provider evaluations, quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
